John Paul II Foundation, in collaboration with the Municipality of Bethlehem and the Joint Service Council for Solid Waste Management, invites you to participate Circular Economy Entrepreneurship Challenge, focusing on creating and developing circular economy entrepreneurship projects in Palestine.
The Circular Economy is based on the idea of reusing, sharing, repairing, refurbishing, remanufacturing and recycling materials as opposed to the Linear Economy, where products are designed and manufactured to become waste once used. Materials and energy can be used as inputs for other processes through waste valorisation!
Venue: Bethlehem
The best ideas will be selected and contacted to confirm participation in a training workshop in Mid November, according to the following criteria:
- idea feasibility
- experience in the sector
- economic proposal
- The training/workshop will be provided for a maximum of 20 participants.
- Transportation and meals will be provided to all of them.
- After the training and the submission of a Business Plans Canvas, the best winning entrepreneurs/teams will get the opportunity to receive financial support (endowment fund) up to 10.000 € for the implementation of their Circular Economy Business.
